I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and I first encountered Hatha Yoga in 2004. Over time, yoga became a consistent practice in my life, alongside skating, Capoeira Angola, surfing, and music.
Passionate about group practice and social impact, I’ve had the chance to take part in different social and cultural movements—supporting and collaborating with people facing social exclusion, addiction, domestic abuse, and other challenging circumstances. Working with people, and for people, has always been central to my path.
In 2015, I was invited by Ricardo Martin to travel to Thailand, where I completed a 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher training and a 100-hour Rocket training. Later, I completed a 300-hour Rocket Teacher Training with It’s Yoga International.
I then lived in London, practicing at Indaba Yoga Studio. Through Work and Change / Karma Yoga, I was exposed to a wide range of yoga styles and teaching approaches. I also worked closely with international teachers, including Ambra Vallo in Italy, and completed her Level 2 Advanced Teacher Training (100 hours).
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to teach and continue learning internationally, including in the Middle East (Qatar and Dubai). I’m an E-RYT 500 and YACEP provider, and a certified Rocket® Teacher Training provider. I currently offer courses and trainings across Spain and Europe.
Based in Gijón, Spain.
