If you are not in the area but you still want to practice with me, you can always attend my online classes. I have recorded different programs for The Class Yoga, including Rocket classes, mobility exercises and introduction to advanced asanas!
And if you are an English speaker, don’t worry! I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work with Asana etc in Prague and lot of classes are available in their platform! All the levels are welcomed to enjoy from Rocket to inversions and arm balance focused classes! Here you have a sneak peek!

Las clases en vivo las puedes ver un poco mas arriba. Doy clases regulares tanto en Alcobendas(Myogashala) como en el Barrio Delicias(Be art Yoga).
