In person classes
Join me in my daily classes in Madrid and take the opportunity to explore and develope your practice in the most dynamic styles: Ashtanga, Vinyasa and obviously Rocket yoga. No matter if you are a beginner or advanced practitioner you are always welcome to improve and of course enjoy a great time together in the studio.
Online classes
If you are not in the area but you still want to practice with me, you can always attend my online classes. I have recorded different programs for The Class Yoga, including Rocket classes, mobility exercises and introduction to advanced asanas!
And if you are an English speaker, don’t worry! I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work with Asana etc in Prague and lot of classes are available in their platform! All the levels are welcomed to enjoy from Rocket to inversions and arm balance focused classes!.Here you have a sneak peek!
